As we enter the fall season, we look back over the summer as a pleasant and stable time at the Garden of Flowers. The children learned, played, grew. The teachers also grew in their skills and their work as Montessori guides. The children are thriving as a community, doing much art work, eagerly learning how to write, and helping in the garden. The teachers described the children as calm, mature, gentle with each other. This is the sign of success in a Montessori environment!
In the meantime, the teachers continued to have great parent meetings with very high attendance by the mothers. The families are incredibly happy with what their children are receiving at the Garden of Flowers.
