With the start of the new year at the end of March, the Garden of Flowers ‘graduated’ most of its children to first grade (or higher!) in the local school, and this opened up 15 spots at the Garden of Flowers for more younger children. The new children were welcomed by the 4 ‘elders’ who remained and have served as ‘mentors’ to the new children Rahel, Ruhullah, Samira,and Rahman:
